Operations Support


Responsibilities: Coordinate shipments, including scheduling pickups, preparing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, including monitoring shipment status and addressing any issues or delays Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related data Provide support to the logistics operations team as needed, including assisting with order fulfillment and managing customer inquiries Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, including conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers, to ensure smooth logistics operations Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for logistics and operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.
