How to use your own delivery fleet for Lazada's orders? Want to use uParcel's delivery service for your orders on Lazada? This is a guide to apply for a non-integrated delivery channel if you are unable to use any of the integrated delivery from Lazada. If you have a good volume of deliveries and have a well-known brand, then it is better to activate the integrated channel with uParcel by chatting with your account manager. However if you are rejected from the integration with uParcel, you could try out the below method to use uParcel under the non-integrated channel. Go to your Home page > Manage Products > Edit any of the products Scroll down to the delivery options, and click on 'Register Here'. After you have clicked on Register Here, you will be brought to the application form below. Select the reason for requesting Delivered By Seller. Lazada will require you to enter the SKU ID that you require your own delivery. Do note that you need to disable the SKU first before applying. You will also need to select that you are using 'Another 3rd Party Logistic Provider' and enter uParcel as the provider in the below fields. Lastly remember to select all the disclaimers and submit the form. Once you are approved, how do you turn on Delivery By Seller on Lazada? Eligibility Check: Ensure your account meets Lazada's criteria for DBS. Enable DBS in Settings: Go to your account's Shipping settings, then activate DBS. Set Up Shipping Details: Define your delivery lead times, shipping zones, and any specific requirements. Update Listings: Mark applicable items as DBS in your product listings. Chinese New Year Peak Period Surcharge
We anticipate significant demand for the upcoming CNY as we usher in the new year in less than 1 month. We kindly request that you book your delivery orders in advance. Requests made at the last minute won't be easy to fulfil. During this period the whole of Singapore is delivering gifts and festive goods and there will be a shortage of drivers. There will be a peak period surcharge from $4 per location starting from 13th Jan to 23rd Jan. Fixed contract customers will not be subjected to this surcharge. Please reach out to your account manager for any assistance. How to avoid the orders not being delivered on time: 1. Request delivery of all packages 2 weeks before Chinese New Year. 2. Avoid requesting delivery on the last week before CNY Tips for boosting acceptance rates: 1. Book early at least 1-2 days before the Pickup 2. Choose 1 Hour Rush or 3 Hours Express 3. Be generous this festive period and add ‘hóngbāo' (tips) when you request delivery 4.
