uParcel's fulfilment center sits at JTC Defu Industrial City, a modern ramp-up industrial development in the heart of north-east Singapore — just 3 minutes from the Kallang–Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).

• From Changi Airport: approx. 20-minute drive
• From the Central Business District (CBD): approx. 15-minute drive
• From Tai Seng MRT (Circle Line): approx. 5-minute drive or bus 90
• From Ubi MRT (Downtown Line): approx. 15-minute bus ride (Bus 94, 94e)

Best for visitors collecting or delivering goods — drive straight up and park right at our doorstep.

1. Set your GPS to “Defu Industrial City Block 6” or postal code 533757.
2. Enter the estate and take the vehicle ramp at Block 6 — drive straight up to Level 5.
3. Park at the parking lots available along Block 6 on Level 5.
4. uParcel is the corner unit #05-24 along the block.

1. Set your drop-off point to “JTC Defu Industrial City Blk 6 & 8 Main Pickup/Drop-off Point” (the roundabout between Blocks 6 and 8).
2. Walk towards Block 6, Lobby Q.
3. Take the passenger lift to Level 5 — direct access to unit #05-24.

By MRT: Alight at Tai Seng MRT (Circle Line) or Ubi MRT (Downtown Line).

By Bus: The nearest bus stop is along Airport Road, opposite the Singapore Air Force Museum, served by buses 90, 94 and 94e. From the bus stop, walk into Defu Industrial City towards Block 6, Lobby Q, and take the lift to Level 5.
