1 Hour Rush

uParcel introduced a new delivery service for 1 Hour Rush, starting from $20 for your urgent document delivery or parcels. You can specify the 1-hour timeframe required for the parcel to be delivered.


Extra Service Options

We will also be offering extra services that you can add on to your delivery. You can select during the delivery request.

- Fragile Items
If you require special handling of the parcel as it contains fragile items such as glassware or flowers

- Return Trip (2 Days)
If you require another return trip back to the pickup point in 2 working days

- Digital Signature on D.O (Free of Charge)
If you require the Digital Signature of the Receiver to appear on your Delivery Order (in PDF), you can upload your D.O by selecting this service. After the delivery, you will be able to download the D.O, and the signature will appear on the next page.


Pickup Time

The pickup time has been changed to be more dynamic. You will now need to book ahead of the pickup time. There is also a minimum requirement of 4 hours pickup timeframe. The last cut-off time for Same Day Delivery is by 5 p.m. for delivery by 11 p.m. 

For same day deliver to office locations (before 6pm), delivery has to be booked before 12noon. 


Delivery Time

The delivery time has now been changed to be more dynamic as well. The minimum delivery timeframe for Same-Day Delivery is 6 hours. Next-Day delivery time stays the same with 3 delivery timeframe options - 9am-10pm, 9am-5pm and 5pm-10pm.


Managing Deliveries and Delivery History

We have added in new fields for you to search your delivery records by your Receiver's Postal code Or Contact number. If you need to extract the delivery records for a period, you could also click on ' Download Delivery History' under Delivery History.


Applying Corporate Account

For customers who wish to apply for a corporate account, you can now apply through your online account. Simply sign in to your account and go to the left dashboard. Click on 'Corporate Account Request', fill in the form, and attach your ACRA. The corporate Account will be approved within 3 working days.


IMPORTANT! Clearing Cache and Update to Latest App

In Order for your delivery request to be working well, please kindly clear your web browser's cache. And for app users, please upgrade to the latest app.
To clear cache : Chrome Browser - Go to Menu -> More Tools -> Clear Browsing Data.
