Get Your Parcels Insured!

If you do not already know, all your parcels are automatically insured by us where we will compensate the value of your parcel or $100 per parcel, whichever is lower when a parcel is lost. This is free for all delivery types and for all customers. 

However, if you feel that you need more insurance coverage, we also provide extended insurance coverage for items that exceed the value of $100 and a maximum of $1,000. Different delivery options will have different insurance costs. 

 

Here is the percentage breakdown: 

1 Hour Rush - 1.2%

Same Day Delivery - 1.5%

3 Hours Express - 1.5%

2 Way Round Trip - 1.5%

Specific Time Slot -2%

 

How it works: 

If you have an item that has a value of $200 and you opted for same-day delivery, the cost for the extended insurance coverage is $200 x 1.5% = $3
