uParcel now available in Simplified Chinese – bunch of new features added to the Agent app and more!


At uParcel, our mission is to enable users to use our app to deliver parcels effortlessly. One of our priorities is making the user experience as seamless and easy as possible for our delivery partners so that dozens of deliveries can be completed daily without a hitch.


As our team had noticed the large number of Chinese drivers interested in onboarding, we also wished to enable them to earn some income by doing delivery jobs on our platform.


Today, we’re excited to announce that uParcel’s Customer and Agent App is now available in Simplified Chinese.


By expanding with more language options, we hope to enable Chinese-language centric teams and individuals in Singapore to use our e-commerce delivery platform. We’re excited to continue to empower every individual and organizations alike, to bridge over the language barrier.


How to change your language in uParcel

The uParcel app and website are now available in Simplified Chinese. To update your language in the uParcel app, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap on Change Language

3. Choose ( 中文- ZH ) from the selection menu.
