uParcel Packing Tips

At uParcel we strive to ensure that all items are handled with care by our delivery agents. But for the items to reach the receiver safely and in one piece. We have curated packing guidelines for you to follow:

General packing

All items, e.g., clothing, furniture, electronics, bottles, liquids must be snuggly packed and completely sealed.

Fragile items

E.g., musical instruments, glass or ceramics should be labelled with FRAGILE stickers

Chilled/frozen/pastries

e.g., cakes, cookies, fish should be packed: in food safety containers and sealed tightly to ensure pastries are secured in place with cartons etc.

Cooked food

Should be tightly sealed with:

• Waterproof and insulated packaging.
• Must be delivered using 1-hour rush or 3 hours express service.

Medicine/flowers

Medicine should be sealed in discreet water-proof packaging ensure flowers are secured upright
