Please note that uParcel will never ask for Cash on Delivery (COD).

Recently, we have been receiving several reports of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) scams. These scammers have been posing as uParcel to lure victims into paying for parcels that they did not order or contained unexpected items.

With the resurgence of the Covid-19 virus, COD scams are becoming more prevalent as more people opt for home delivery.

We take cash on delivery scams very seriously, and urge the public to stay vigilant when asked to pay for parcels that they did not purchase online.

Don't fall victim to COD scams and let them spoil your online shopping experience.

All uParcel deliveries are paid for via our website, mobile app and through other third-party platforms such as our Shopee or e-commerce store partners.

We will not ask for cash on delivery.

How to verify your uParcel delivery?

Before your delivery arrives at your door, you should receive an SMS alert from uParcel.

The SMS text should contain the following information:

  • Name of merchant you have made a purchase from
  • Tracking number that can be entered into our website / mobile app to track your delivery.

Other precautionary measures to avoid falling into the lure of COD scams:

  • Check with your family members or friends when asked to pay for parcel on their behalf to ensure that they have indeed ordered the delivery.
  • Check that the website or platform you are purchasing from is a legitimate and reputable business before purchasing.
  • Check the parcel details carefully before accepting, and reject them if you're in doubt.

Should you encounter any suspicious parcel delivery from uParcel, please reject the delivery, and reach out to our customer service at express@uparcel.sg

Alternatively, you can reach us via our live chat at www.uparcel.sg
